There is a long running impersonation scam involving cancer survivor Joe Tippens. The scammer is offering certain prescription drugs for sale on his fake site. The real Joe Tippens has been trying to get X to stop this for months. People are being scammed out of thousands of dollars daily, and X will not do anything about it! I have made numerous reports to X, but they say all is good, no rule violations.

Appalling! I paid for a quarterly subscription last year and only had access for one week! Complaining got me nowhere, so instructed my card to make no further payments to them.
As I say, this was months ago and have been denied access ever since.
#Today I received this e-mail from them:

Your account, [information hidden], was detected by our systems and automatically suspended for violating the X Rules.

Specifically, for:

Violating our rules against inauthentic behaviors.

You may not use our services to engage in inauthentic activity that undermines the integrity of X.

Note that if you attempt to evade a suspension by creating new accounts, we will suspend your new accounts. If you wish to appeal this suspension, please contact our support team.

If you have an active X Premium subscription, it will not be automatically canceled by X. To cancel your X Premium subscription, follow these instructions."

absolutely no customer service. X says my password is wrong and I reset it and received an alert that the new password was wrong. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY THEY (X) COULD NOT CARE LESS WHETHER THE ACCOUNT WORKS!! customer support is absolutely hopeless. If they see this irate message they will surely cancel my account anyway.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. X does not allow me to update my e-mail address. Any attempt to do so is met with the message, "Due to a recent change on your account, changes to your settings on your account are restricted temporarily. Please try again later."

The nature of this 'recent change' to my account remains a mystery. I regret also to say that the Help Centre is of zero worth in this regard. One cannot contact X support through mail. Nor is this listed among the problems for which a form can be filled.

X has left hanging many a similarly aggrieved user. How a company of such repute could be so devoid of basic intelligence is a mystery for the ages.

Extremely upset, an account that was active for almost 14 years simply vanished and was flagged for spam. I carried that account for that long, and I am certain I did not do anything spammy to be suspended.

Sadly I did not receive even an email on June 19 stating the reason for my account suspension, since then countless appeals and requests have not been acknowledged, and I have my doubts it was even read. Unprofessional service delivery of a team that is way too busy to even acknowledge and act.

There is no reason to be so harsh on us.
