I requested the $8 a month program however, X charge my bank account $84 less than 4 hours after it hit my account I protested the charge. Paraphrase " we have your money and we are keeping it" I closed my X account!
I would give less than one star if I could. Least helpful company I have ever dealt with. I have contacted them multiple times about a suspended account and I can’t even get any information on why it was suspended. I have never posted anything on twitter or x so I have no clue why it was suspended. Now can’t deactivate the account, I just want to be done with them!
I am sorry to contact you via this shortcut as i have failed to find a way of emailinging you directly. Mine is a complaint about the double standards the platform gives to some users by favouring them even when they violate its terms and conditions. My account was blocked for violeting your rules something i agree with but still i question you why upto now you have never suspended Muhozi kenerugaba, the CDF and first son to the president of Uganda, account. He hasvioleted whatever terms and conditions you set up and his account is still opperational. He has constantly voewed to attack sovereign state like Kenya, Congo and Sudan using your X platform. He has again used your platform to show his support to the M23 rebels in congo, a war torn country and still he is using your platform time and again to attack those who oppose his father's autocratic government by threatening to hung and behead them. The resent attack was on Rt. Conl. Dr. Kiiza Besigye, Bobi Wine and his aid Eddy Mutwe. Please, why can't you help our country and ban him personally on X and other sister platforms like you have been punishing us. Aren't we all equal in terms of being consumers on your platform?
