Recently, the company did not refund a purchase despite a warranty, and charged a restocking fee. The company promised a price match three times, but now it’s refusing. After this customer returned the wrong order, the company refused to refund him.

Ordered a computer monitor they stated it will be delivered by DEC 14, 2024, thru Prime. At 10 PM on DEc 14, they told it would be delivered on DEC 126,2024. We decided to cancel due to not being able to be expecting pacakge due to prior commitments. My son lives in apt building and we were not going to have the package left unattended. Two weeks later no response. Just on its way back. They owe me 582.99.
