Amazon respond quickly and efficiently to customer service problem. Our advocates remember a time when you could email former CEO Jeff Bezos and get a response. Lately, Amazon has been having problems with product returns, incomplete refunds (repeatedly) or refunds sent to the wrong card. We resolved a case in which Amazon tried to keep a customer's money when UPS lost the return. We are monitoring this issue closely.
