What you need to know about AT&T

We receive complaints about AT&T. Here’s one where the company promised a $700 rebate for a tradein, and another one where the account is closed but the customer is still being billed. We recently heard from one of our readers who described a resolution process so Byzantine and confusing that it has cost AT&T a point in its customer responsiveness rating. Also, this customer was overbilled, by a lot. AT&T accidentally canceled this customer’s phone.
