it should be illegal for companies not to have a local or phone number for customer to get a hold of customer service to solve a problem.

I use to love Groupon they had some good deals and ive spent alot of money through them but recently I had bought Full HighLights through The Paul Mitchell School which ive done several times before never no problems. Well I looked on my voucher and it says Lexington now why in the hell would Lexington be on my profile when ive NEVER gotten anything from Lexington ALWAYS BEEN LOUISVILLE so I tried to get it switched to LOUISVILLE and they said its been longer then 3 days no refund!!! REALLY so why would they put Lexington on my profile who knows maybe cause they need the money idk but IM really mad and its only $35.00 but its the principal ive spent alot of money with groupon for them to just write NO REFUND!!! Well ill tell you what ill delete my account my 3 daughters mom sister and my wjhole community will be as well
If I could rate in the negative, I would. I attempted to use the site, thinking I was ordering gift items, but instead was directed to click on a voucher, so I did. Immediately, I realized these were not the items, so I tried to cancel the order. One was cancelled, and the other wouldn't. After 10 minutes of futile communication with AI, an agent kept me online another 10-15 minutes to tell me no even though the policy gives me 3 days to cancel. She said it was because I clicked on the voucher, and it now shows used. I explained I hadn't used the product or site and didn't want anything but my money back. She refused. This was by far the WORSE shopping experience ever.
Their A.I. chat is a joke. They list vendors that went out of business but then refuse to refund the money. They ARE the worst. No ph# for cust svc & no ability to get a refund STAY AWAY FROM GROUPON!
