I called Best Buy Geek Squad Customer Service to request verification of my computer repair contract renewal date and cost of renewal. I was given helpful information, and was told that renewal is automatic. When I requested to have the automatic renewal stopped, I was told that removal of automatic renewal was not possible until it is time to renew.

I was pre-notified by installation crew of their ETA. They removed Appliance allowed me five minutes to adequately clean behind stove installation went smoothly and quickly work done by installation team of,Chico and Alvin. Thank you so much entire experience was excellent!
