Predatory Damage Claims and Total Lack of Accountability
I am a loyal customer who was forced to pay $1,156 for "damage" that did not exist when I returned my vehicle to the 8601 Panair St. location. At drop-off, I was explicitly told by the attendant I was “good to go” after he inspected the car.
Weeks later, I was hit with a massive claim. I spent three months (December through February) attempting to resolve this in good faith. I sent four separate detailed emails to Tristan Martinez (Branch Manager) and the Damage Recovery Unit, requesting a simple review of the return-area camera footage to prove the car’s condition. My professional inquiries were met with total silence.
The only time Enterprise decided to communicate was through Rebecca Laini (Recovery Specialist), who sent a "Final Notice" threatening to turn me over to collections and ban me from all future rentals (Alamo, Enterprise, and National). They ignored my evidence-based disputes for 90 days, then used my credit score as a ransom note to force payment.
I have paid this $1,500 under formal protest and economic duress just to protect my credit. This isn't a business; it’s a shakedown. If you rent here, take a 360-degree video of the car in front of the employee, or they will take advantage of you the moment you walk away.

I had two reservations with your company , and first one they had no car waiting, and was quoted 42.00
But was dismissed/ turned away bec. You did not have any cars on the lot.
He suggested to make a new reservation which I did . The price went up 100% but I had no choice and was told to go far away to another location and the GM. would be calling me.
Well, got to the new place and there was no car there either. Again, dismissed and turned away that they had no cars. The incompetent people that aren’t doing their job is remarkable.
Never did I receive a call from a GM, nor did I get a car. This company destroyed a Veterans Day and my own.
I wonder truly how you sleep at night, it’s mind blowing. I will take my message as high as I can go.I was not the only one driving around aimlessly looking for a car that enterprise was holding for them.
Graciously yours for reading!

I’m waiting and watching. I’ll stay away from your company until I see your leadership stand up to the ICE actions in Minnesota

Just rented a 15 passenger van. I was told they most likely will give me a mercedes . This has alot of cargo room compared to the Ford 15 passenger van. I called multiple times to make sure the mercedes would be the car I am getting and they assured me yes you probably will get it. Got to the Kingston location and the man said they really never get them there. Someone is lying and I got stuck with the Ford sprinter with no cargo room at all. Called the National complaint number no one got back to me. Very disappointed in Enterprise.

Left hanging. I made a reservation with Enterprise.
Enterprise Confirmation Number: 1390141732
Boone, NC to Charlotte Airport, one-way.
On the afternoon before pick-up, I receive a call from Ms. KM that she was just now seeing my reservation and informed me that there are no one-way vehicles available. I commented that this was very short notice and that I had a confirmation. She sent me the names of a livery service and an individual who hires out for rides. I called two of them, and there was much confusion, because the names and numbers did not match up.
In the end, my daughter (has cancer) drove me to another city an hour away to get a car from another company.
A confirmation number should ensure a vehicle. Poor job, Enterprise.
