What you need to know about Enterprise Rent-A-Car
We receive regular complaints about Enterprise Rent-A-Car. This customer’s rented a car and got a flat tire just two days later. Despite showing an employee a pre-existing scratch on the car before renting it, this customer was still blamed for it. Also, the car rental company tried to charge this customer for damage she had nothing to do with. This customer was billed for the damages of a car she didn’t even drive, and this customer can’t get a repair invoice from Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

I had booked an SUV online, was able to check in on landing at Omaha Eppley Airport, however when I got to the rental car office I was told by Brandt that no car was available. I was assured by customer service that a manager would get back to me. However, that again was a false statement as I never received a call from Enterprise. Reading the comments below, it seems that this is a recurring problem. My advice, don't ever rent from Enterprise.
208 Raleigh Rd. Henderson, NC. Location. I work on my laptop in my hotel with the stock market that opens at 9:30 AM. I ask for a 9:00 AM pick up. I end up texting Uber to take me to Enterprise at 9:15 AM. When I get there, my car is not ready. I always make my reservation two weeks prior. This happened 10 times. Last week I asked for an 8:30 AM pickup(They open at 8:00 AM), the person told me they do not pick up starting at 9:00 AM. He stated that when I get there, my car will be waiting for me(I am disabled), so I walked there, and still, my car was not ready.
I work for FOX NNEWS and NEW YORK POST as a stock analyst, and I need to be in front of the company before 9:00 AM. A staff(Daruis) member told me that he do not give a FUCK where I work, and the manager(Antnio Achol) told me that I do not have to use this location anymore. And another staff member (Tyshawn Williams) called his mother(my high school classmate) and told her I was rude and called him the N word. They have a camera in that facility, and the proof will not lie. She hit me up on Facebook and let me have it. I am still in emotional distress.
I was down from New York to preach at my nephew's funeral. I am going to speak to my job about pulling all our accounts here in the USA and internationally from Enterprise if the matter is not answered from headquarters by Wednesday of this week.
My car is in service, no loaners. Called talked to Amanda. She was very nice answered my questions, (never rented before) set up reservation, confirmed my local, car available, she emailed con #. I also called to back to dbl check time to pick up and also spoke w/Abby. She also confirmed car available, (an economy car if I decided). Two confirmed, one reservation, made an updated my email. Went to pick up and lady said sorry no cars available! I told her I had a confirmation # and that a cars availability was confirmed by two reps! She said sorry, no cars. This place is a joke. Thank you for your time.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced!
absolutely horrible experience with Heather in escalations. Said she ran the department and would not name someone above her to talk to. Did not help us at all and hung up on us. Heather, in fact, does not run escalations.
