My refund hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe. What can I do?
Check the refund status under “Your Orders” on amazon.in. If the window has passed, contact Amazon India’s customer service via live chat at amazon.in/contact-us and request a manual review. You can escalate by emailing cis@amazon.com or contacting the grievance officer at grievance-officer@amazon.in. For prepaid orders, Amazon states refunds take 3 to 5 business days for most payment methods once the return is processed.

Can I return an Amazon device (Kindle, Fire TV, Echo) purchased from amazon.in?
Amazon devices purchased directly from amazon.in are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of receipt, provided they are in new condition. After 10 days, returns are not accepted unless the device is defective, in which case warranty service applies. Devices purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to that retailer under its own policy.
