YOUR DRIVERS CAN NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS I LIVE IN A HEALTH COMMMUNITY WTH 500 RESIDENCES AND MOST PEOPLE THAT LIVE ORDER ON LINE SO DELIVERY TIMES ARE VERY IMPORTANT SINCE SOME NEED HELP PICKING UP ORDERS AT THE FRONT DESK MOST OF THE TIME YOUR DRIVERS ARE TOO EARLY OR LATE SO IF YOUR DRIVERS CAN'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTION I WILL GO OUT MY WAY TO INFORM THE 500 PEOPLE NOT TO ORDER FROM WALMART GO TO TARGET THEY DELIVER ON TIME

HORRIBLE. I changed my email address on my walmart.com a couple of MONTHS ago and have been trying to change my phone number to my cell number (it was on my old email address) and their system WILL NOT release my cell number from my old email address. I have called SEVERAL times and they just say "it takes a few days to resolve". IT HAS BEEN A FEW MONTHS!!!!
And to add insult to injury someone is attempting to use my gmail address on their walmart.com account, so I continually get emails for orders and then order cancellations right behind the order!!!! SO FRUSTRATING!

Dec 12 I took my car to the Walmart store#01151 KCK. I had a nail 1 inch from the side wall and was told it was not fixable. The first person I talked to was very young and said I had to order a tire online myself. After asking for a manager, Leon came out to talk to me. After checking he in formed me he would have to order a tire and it would be in Monday the 22nd. It did not come in. I had went back out and they told me the tire truck had not come in. I talked to Tony this time. Tuesday afternoon my wife received a call saying the tire was in but they could not put it on till Friday! She then tried to call back all afternoon with no answer in the service dept. Finally got in that evening and she got an appointment for Wednesday. Tire was changed and they charged me $37 because it was a new tire! So much for road hazard! I called corporate twice and talked to people. I e mailed once. Today is the 21. Zero response from anyone. Never buy another tire from Walmart! They claim when you buy from Walmart.com, you are buying from a third party not Walmart. Zero information on the site supports this claim. The tire had to come all the way from Oklahoma to KC. That is very bad for a supply chain. Should have had one in KC. The very same tire was on the for sale rack to be ordered at the store. Promised next day delivery. I would say it’s a broken system.

Walmart and Spark Delivery need to be held accountable. You all saw the photos of my house and the house the driver claimed she delivered to. Anyone with eyes can see NO boxes were dropped off at the 6114 Sunflower house, nowhere on that block, and definitely not at my address.

The driver sent a blurry picture TWO hours later saying she dropped off 2 PlayStations, a big screen TV, 2 iPads, and other items at 4:30 PM. I have Ring cameras showing people going in and out of my home from 4:20 to 6:30. No delivery was ever made. My house has a big silver wheelchair ramp — the house in her fake picture does NOT. She lied on an elderly lady with no kids living there, and even that house had NO packages outside.

Walmart has very strong evidence:
• Ring footage with timestamps
• The driver’s own blurry photo showing NO items
• Different house, different walkway, no ramp, nothing

And instead of handling the theft, your rep was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and acted like she was doing me a “courtesy” by even speaking to me. Then you turn around and basically punish the customer for reporting the theft? How does that make sense?

This is not right. People save their money for Christmas, use Affirm, and trust Walmart to deliver safely. Instead, these independent Spark drivers are stealing people’s orders all over the country, and customers are getting banned or brushed off when they report it.

Do better. Customers are tired, and this is exactly why so many people are warning others about Walmart Spark delivery thefts. I have all the proof, and Walmart still handled it poorly. I emailed every one on here and to this date no one responded

There is no customer service. You get to an offshore call center that Walmart has not given the tools to provide help. There is no way to contact a real Walmart employee at the corporate office in Bentonville AR
