Walmart signed me up for some subscription while I was online shopping. I never completed any purchase as the item was not in stock.
And then I get an email that after 30 days I would be charged monthly for whatever the heck the subscription was.
I replied to the email but of course I got a response that the email address was not monitored. I forwarded the email to the Walmart Help email address, and again got a response that even though I followed the suggested way to contact, no, Walmart did not monitor that email address either.
I called the suggested number that I googled but got some AI response that sucked up 20 minutes and would not or could not help.
What a load of crap. I won't order from Walmart again!!
And I still have not got that subscription canceled!
horrible customer support. nobody knows how to add my new phone number to my account. I have spent hours on hold and yet every time it is a big mystery. not one agent knows how to fix it. poor training and service
If there was a zero rating that’s what I would give Walmart Canada. The reason why is because the staff know nothing of where products are in the store and managers play stupid by pretending not to be the manager. The worst thing they could have done was let it become a franchise. My family and I avoid Walmart because of it. Not only that they don’t honour their sale prices when it is blatantly posted, but when you purchase it it comes up more
What a joke. Sending back your returns via mail and having to wait weeks just to get your money back is BS. The CSR is a waste and unhelpful to any concern.
I will never ever do any grocery shopping at walmart anymore, I made an order and come to find out I received Molded Items and when I reported it all I recieved was a refund, this is so disgusting can't even trust the shopper to look at expired dates on items as they don't give a DAMN furthermore if u want to say "well go shopping yourself then" unfortunately due to my health I am not able to but that is not the point, Walmart has no business having Items which are expired on the shelves!!!!! God forbid a customer has to be hospitalized, this raises serious concerns of the quality, safety and handling of the products being sold
