To file a complaint with Marriott’s customer service, you have a few options:


  • Go to the Marriott contact us form on their website.
  • Sign in to your Marriott Bonvoy account (if you have one) to pre-fill some information, or proceed as a guest.
  • Choose “compliment/concerns about a stay” from the dropdown menu.
  • Provide details like the hotel name, check-in and check-out dates, and your feedback.
  • Click “Submit”. Please allow up to five days for a response from the hotel if your complaint is about a stay.

To cancel a Marriott reservation in the US, you have a few options:


  • Log in to your Marriott Bonvoy account.
  • Go to “My Trips” to find your reservation.
  • Choose the reservation you want to cancel.
  • Follow the instructions to cancel it. Your confirmation email will have details about the cancellation policy, including any fees.

Marriott Bonvoy mobile app:

  • Manage your reservation using the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app. Please note that you can’t change the guest name, add a Marriott Bonvoy account number, or make special requests through the app at this time.

To request a refund from Marriott, follow these steps:

    • For flights, airlines often have more restrictive cancellation policies. Typically, you can get a full refund within 24 hours of buying your ticket.

      • The carrier cancels your reservation due to extreme weather, political turmoil, or local travel restrictions.
