ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nos response to online contact - chat not connecting - phone has 30 minutes wait - My refer is only 2 months old and it now has an "order water filter" warning light on all the time. Site will no find my refer model number. For the price of theses filters it's no wonder they push sales.
