    On 8th Oct I traveled from Buffalo to Las Vegas with DL 1176 , and checked in my baggage in Buffalo Airport. However, the flight delayed to 9 pm and we arrived in Atlanta by midnight and had to travel to Las Vegas in the morning on 9th Oct. We stayed in the hotel near Atlanta Airport by arrangements and had been told that the baggage could not been taken out as they were downstairs in the sorting system in Atlanta Airport.
     
     
    I took DL 2002 from Atlanta to Las Vegas at 950 am on 9th Oct. However, the baggage was found lost in Las Vegas airport and the delayed/ lost baggage situation were reported straight away in Las Vegas airport. I have been told that the baggage system showed that it was still in Atlanta when I reported and it would be delivered with the following flights. 
     
    The details of the baggage were reported and filed and especially there was an Iphone in the suitcase. However, I have found that the phone had been used and made five calls on 13rd Oct from the USA. The calling lists showed the calling histories and details with the phone numbers and usage of wireless on 14th Oct. It could be checked and examined from China Mobile officially. I am so surprised that someone else has taken the baggage. Thus I have a strong feeling that the bag has lost but not delayed. And I doubt that it has been stolen by the internal staff as we traveled from Buffalo to Las Vegas, transferred in Atlanta, where the baggage could not be displayed. I checked my baggage status while I arrived in Atlanta on 8th Oct midnight, and I have been told that my baggage arrived in Atlanta as well.
     
    We traveled as a group from China, and I could understand if the system made a mistake to delay my baggage. However, while I found that my phone made five calls after I lost it, I felt so angry and depressed by Delta. I strongly request Delta as one of the biggest airline companies in the USA could check the video camera in Atlanta at 11pm, midnight in Atlanta, and I do not think it is a big deal to find out what happened on that night.
     
    I called 800-325-8224 for updating information and I have been told that my baggage has never been displayed outside. Thus I am sure that my bag has lost internally.
     
     
     
    The stuff in the suitcase is very sensitive and valued more than 4000 USD, all the repcits could be provided. I am so upset by the lost
     
    I am not sure if I made any inappropriate assumption about the staff in Delta. But I do need a clear explanation about the luggage as we cannot accept the thief behavior by Delta and I 
    I am looking forward to hear from you soon. And I strongly suggest the management level could pay attention to this kind of issues as a serious ethical problem.
