Have been on the phone twice now and still havent got my replacement card,the first lady i spoken to must have forgot and the second lady said she'd send it straight out that id have it within 2 days,surprise surprise day 3 post been and still no replacement card.sky has went way down hill when theyre leaving it all to there staff that works the phones.
What is wrong with Sky, can’t contact,
need to update payment details but sky won’t recognise me no matter how I try. Can’t talk to a human it’s madness. Oh well now I’d like to cancel and the card details have run out so now what.
