My wife ordered sneakers from Nike. Ten days later, Nike cancelled the order, claiming to be out-of-stock. She called Nike customer service, which found the sneakers in a Nike Store (thus Nike is not out-of-stock), but Nike won't ship. (That necessitated talking with about six Nike reps.) The 2 contacts on this page are no longer with Nike (I've filed the form) but I wrote to their replacements. I received no response at all. Very disappointing.
