LEGO customer service policies

LEGO states it collects personal data like your name, contact info, and purchase history to provide services and improve user experience. This data is stored on secure servers and may be shared with third parties such as payment processors or delivery services. LEGO claims to limit data sharing and to comply with applicable privacy laws. Users have rights to access, correct, or delete its data. However, LEGO still relies on third-party providers, which means data is not entirely under itscontrol.

LEGO loyalty program

The LEGO Insiders program is a free membership that gives points when you buy LEGO products or do certain activities like registering sets or watching videos. These points can be exchanged for discounts or other rewards. The program also gives members access to some exclusive deals and early product releases.

Frequently asked questions about LEGO

Yes, LEGO does offer free replacement parts for missing or broken pieces from official LEGO sets.
LEGO is privately owned by the Kirk Kristiansen family through their holding company, KIRKBI A/S.
LEGO does not currently buy back old LEGO bricks. However, through its LEGO Replay program (available in select countries like the U.S.), consumers can donate used bricks, which are cleaned and given to children in need. A limited-time buyback pilot called LEGO® Brick Take Back allowed users to exchange bricks for e-gift cards (around $6 per pound), but this program ended on December 8, 2024. While LEGO itself does not offer brick resale options, users can sell used LEGO sets through third-party platforms like BrickLink or Bricks & Minifigs.
