I have spent over an hour trying to get assistance. I have never made an account with X yet received an email my account was suspended. I was first told I would have to sign in to get help with this. How do I log in to an account I never created??!! Following a different approach to reach someone, I was told I would have to make account and pay over $50 in order to speak to someone about this fake account under my name that was started. I then searched and finally came across a phone number for customer service. I called three times and each time immediately received a one or two word response then nothing, just dead air. Allowed one of my tries to just stay on line and maybe would be answered. I hung up after 20 mins of dead air. I am beyond frustrated. I never signed up for this disaster of a company because of all the issues being reported. Apparently someone signed up for me, didn't follow the rules and this fake account of mine was suspended. I have struggled to talk to a real person. These automated responses and endless forms to fill in have sent me in circles for long enough. I have no idea what to do so have to just allow someone to use this account in my name. What a complete joke.
X has become a public threat due to it's insane use of automated systems that are nothing more than doom loops that lead to nowhere. X should be shut down if it can't fix itself.
They suspended my account permanently, tagging it as "inauthentic account" wherein fact, I am not doing anything malicious to tagged as inauthentic, I'm using ad a source for news, memes, sometimes I bookmark things I like and react to thing I like and post or retweet once in a blue moon, I was so confused and disappointed on how I got suspended, this might be the downfall of X formerly Twitter, I still have Thread anyways.

My account was suspended for some sort of undisclosed "suspicious behavior" two months ago. It is a Premier account and is set to auto-renew in January. They say I need to reset my password but the phone # I had in my profile, I no longer have or can get back. I simply never updated my # in my profile. The ONLY avenue they will allow is to send a text code to that # and that can't happen. I've tried to get through their stupid AI to know avail. I'm at a loss as to what to do. At this point, all I want to do is cancel the auto-renew.
