I placed an order on May 19, and didn’t receive the package until June 3. Because I placed order through PayPal. I check the order status online and saw a UPS shipping label created on May 26. I contact Kielhs customer service asking about the order. They told me the order was cancelled because my bank denied payment on May 19 while in PayPal it showed a pending transaction and showed tracking information. They refused to admit it’s their issue and refuse to replace the order.
