Placed an order with updated address (which I specifically remember doing because the whole time I was trying to change it, there were continuous pop-ups saying the zip code didn't match the address because I was in the middle of changing it). Apparently, I never got it right because the confirmation email came, and the old address was listed. I emailed them immediately, tried to call, and got nothing. A shipping label was created, and I reached out again. I tried to reach out to USPS but they told me to talk to Game Stop. Five days after my initial inquiry, I received a response from email that boiled down to "we already sent it, too bad." They also suggested that in the future I use the chat option on their website - which, to the best of my knowledge, does not exist. If you use the link in this article, it also says the resource no longer exists. I've had a couple mildly frustrating experiences with Game Stop up to now but this one really irritated me. It's my fault for not double checking the address, but the customer service was also useless. Thumbs down for everyone.
