Here are the steps to cancel your reservation with Alaska Airlines:
  1. Log in to your Alaska Airlines account.
  2. Click on "manage" in the top menu.
  3. Enter the passenger's last name and the confirmation or ticket number.
  4. Click "continue."
  5. Your trip details will appear.
  6. Choose "cancel flight" from the options.
  7. Review the cancellation policy and click "agree" to proceed.
Keep in mind:
  • The 24-hour cancellation policy applies if your travel starts more than 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • For Saver fares, you can cancel and refund your ticket, but no changes are allowed.
  • Refunds may take up to seven (7) business days to process.

Keep in mind:
  • You need a refundable ticket issued directly by Alaska Airlines to be eligible for a refund.
  • Certain ticket categories, such as those issued by third parties or government fares, aren't eligible for refunds.
  • Within 24 hours of booking, you can get a full refund for any fare, including nonrefundable tickets, except for flights departing within 24 hours of booking.
  • After 24 hours, nonrefundable tickets aren't eligible for refunds, but you can receive a credit certificate or deposit funds into your My Wallet account.
