- Enter the passenger's last name and the confirmation or ticket number.
- Click "continue."
- Your trip details will appear.
- Choose "cancel flight" from the options.
- Review the cancellation policy and click "agree" to proceed.
- The 24-hour cancellation policy applies if your travel starts more than 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- For Saver fares, you can cancel and refund your ticket, but no changes are allowed.
- Refunds may take up to seven (7) business days to process.
- Call Alaska Airlines customer service at (800) 252-7522 to request a refund.
- Request a refund through the 'manage' option on the Alaska Airlines website.
- You need a refundable ticket issued directly by Alaska Airlines to be eligible for a refund.
- Certain ticket categories, such as those issued by third parties or government fares, aren't eligible for refunds.
- Within 24 hours of booking, you can get a full refund for any fare, including nonrefundable tickets, except for flights departing within 24 hours of booking.
- After 24 hours, nonrefundable tickets aren't eligible for refunds, but you can receive a credit certificate or deposit funds into your My Wallet account.
