- Click on “manage” in the top menu.
- Enter the passenger’s last name and the confirmation or ticket number.
- Click “continue.”
- Your trip details will appear.
- Choose “cancel flight” from the options.
- Review the cancellation policy and click “agree” to proceed.
Keep in mind:
- The 24-hour cancellation policy applies if your travel starts more than 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- For Saver fares, you can cancel and refund your ticket, but no changes are allowed.
- Refunds may take up to seven (7) business days to process.
