Andrea D. at LAX United Airline Ticket Representative was fantastic, she saw I was lost, and jumped in to help me. I had heavy bags and she got me through the process. When i thought one of my bags was broken, her and a team member got me a United duffle bag (who does that - fantastic customer service). Turns out it was not needed, but the customer service was at a level, not seen while traveling. Super United Airlines representative
