Apple, everytime I call for help with this Apple iPhone 13pro, I get rotated by your answering robot. Please get rid of this nuisance. In the meantime I need help with this phone. First of all the speaker for hands free while talking has been a terrible functioning addition to this phone since I got it in 2022. I took it to Apple, got another and same problem. NOT FIXED! Secondly, I upgraded yesterday to IOS 26. I have hardly been able to use this phone since. You are aware of the problems which are plethora. So, I tried to get technical help from you. I keep getting Apple Card with Goldman Sachs. It rotates me a few times, won't accept my password, my password has been changed by the iPhone 13 pro without any help from myself and I do not know what it is. The IOS 26 flipped by password from what it was to facial recognition. Great my phone now turns on without any input of my password. I cannot sign onto any apple stuff at this time and my Roku Tv with the "APPLE CHANNEL" is not allowing me to watch it without some password. So, thanks for that. So, this review is pretty fair considering I have spent hours today attempting to get this fixed. And you have no telephone number that contacts Apple Technicians. You have my email above. Dear Apple Executive Team,
For more than a week, I have been unable to deposit money into my Apple ID account using my Beeline mobile phone balance. Because of this, I cannot pay for my family Apple Music subscription.
I contacted support several times, but no one could resolve the issue or offer an alternative solution. This is extremely frustrating, as I am ready to pay but Apple is not accepting my money.
I kindly ask for your urgent assistance in fixing this payment problem. Please escalate my case to the responsible department and provide me with a direct solution.
Apple’s customers should not be left without access to paid services due to unresolved technical issues.

1) iPhone Apple Care+ issues. Can’t get my iPhone replaced under Apple Care+ without having Apple place a $1,200 hold on my VISA card for two weeks.
2) Unlike Thunderbird which is only available for Android phones, Apples email app allows the same 100 identical SPAM messages to go through every day for a year despite my placing them in my SPAM folder every day.
3) Emails disappear all the time while I compose them.
4) Images in Emails sent in the correct order get scrambled in transit.
