If there could be a zero rating Turkish Airlines would receive it

I booked a 2 leg flight return flight for my family (children both younger than 10)
Turkish changed the 2nd leg without changing the first leg - I was informed of this two days before my travel date (leading me to boom extra hotels at the destination)
That left me with my first leg landing a day after my 2nd leg taking off
Turkish refused to change my first leg unless I paid, circa USD 5,000, which eventually I did as no amount of taking would persuade Turkish to change the flight free of charge.

I turned up to the airport only to find that all of our tickets had been canceled, without them informing us and for no reason.

Since then Turkish has told me that they will refund my flights (no refunds received yet) and that they will pay me compensation (no funds received yet).

I call customer service only to be told that they cannot help me and that I must submit feedback via the website
I ask for a number to call to talk to feedback (only to be told that there is no number) I am told I must submit feedback.

I have emailed feedback many times to receive a nonsensical reply or no reply at all

I don't know what to do...

Crazy poor service.
