Worst airline ever. Worst customer service. Terrible planes - uncomfortable. Flight I had at Christmas time was suddenly cancelled by the airline because they cancelled the route from DC to Rome to Cairo and wanted me to fly through NY. We made the mistake of trying the airline one more time. Need to make a change to the itinerary. Ticket terms say I can change with no penalty but have to pay the difference in ticket price. This is where it gets shady. I looked up the price of a ticket if I buy it today through the web site - it's only $130 more than what I paid. But I can't change my flight through the web site. I have to call the toll free number. They are telling me the difference in ticket price is more than 500 Euros. does this make sense to anyone????? How is the price in their system different than the price on the web site? what are the games they are playing? I hate this web site. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER book it again. Beware everyone!
