Frequently asked questions about CLEAR
- Log in to your CLEAR account here.
- You can include up to 3 family members or friends to your account for $99 each.
- Family members under 18 can always accompany you in the CLEAR lane for free.
- If you wish to add an existing CLEAR PLUS member, contact CLEAR’s member care team with the following details:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Email address associated with their CLEAR Plus Membership
- The email address is associated with your CLEAR Plus Membership.
- You can remove any family member by selecting “deactivate” next to their name.
- If you wish to re-include them, select “reactivate.”
- To update the email address associated with a family membership, select “edit” next to the active family member and update the email address there.
