You have the option to cancel or change your flight with China Airlines, but there are specific conditions and fees to consider: Cancellation:
  1. You can cancel your itinerary through the China Airlines portal. Please note that a refund fee may apply based on your ticket's rules.
  2. To cancel a selected flight segment for all passengers, use the portal at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. If any passenger has completed online check-in, cancel online check-in before canceling the booking.
  3. Some ticket types may only be refunded for the unused tax portion, following ticket rules.
  4. For flights to and from the U.S., passengers can cancel bookings for free within 48 hours of purchase.
Change:
  1. To change the date and time of your flight, use the China Airlines portal.
  2. For route changes, contact the Customer Center or Branch office for assistance.
  3. The fare will be recalculated automatically based on the fare rule when you change the flight, and any fare difference and service charges will be collected.
  4. Note that reissue/rebook applies to all passengers in the same booking.
