I have been traveling internationally for 6 months and while using Chase Travel my accoutside were locked due to suspicious activity. I was out of the country for God's sake!!!! This started 5 months ago. Account still locked 🤬🤬🤬
The only way to contact customer service was through X, formerly Twitter, are you kidding me?????
Here's my latest correspondence:

I called the number in your email and got a 'The number you have dialed is not available' recording.
I spoke with a rep earlier, at the number provided on the back of my card, who took me through the verification process and then she provided me with a code to reset my password and instead, after a 30 minute call, that cost me $25, my account was flagged and sent for review to the fraud department. Your own reps don't know what to do!!! The phone record is attached with the number I called.

How will you rectify this situation?

If this is really the Executive Office?
Your response time is at best deficient, not to mention your lame attempts at customer care.
Unacceptable, no satisfactory solution, and worse, insincere and robotic responses.

I hope you experience the low level of assistance that I have received some time, in a foreign country when you need seamless use of Chase banking services most.

I return to the US on Monday, September 29th at which time I will call you once again.

Rest assured that I will post reviews of my experience with Chase on every platform I can find.

The lousiest bank on the planet. Government owned and operated as such.

Chase caused a legal settlement check to be pulled back due to ‘potential fraud’. No contact was made, this caused over $500 in legal fees charged to me over what appeared to be a stop payment. Chase refused to pay the damages. All documented.
