Aldi’s products and service has declined in last 6 months that it is not a great place to shop anymore.. I have shopped at Aldi in UK, China, and this summer in Germany. The stores in Miami Zip code 33157, and Cutler Bay has food that appears to have been dumped in the store, vegetables are spoiling. No one to remove rotting items or to offer help. The empty cartons are strewn all over the place. Since the automated checkout service has declined. I liked the European items but it’s not worth shopping in a dirty place.

I like several of their items very much. I dont like that they stop selling some of those items for months at a time. Their pepperoni and sausage pizzas are really good and great price. The belmont chocolate cream pie is better than any frozen pie ive had and the triple chocolate gelato is addictive. What i dont like is their web site sucks. Trying to find the pie that is supposed to be back in stores yesterday has wasted hours. The store ear me didnt have them. Every time i try online i pick a store near me next thing i know its got me driving to arligton 20 miles away.

Zero star zero customer service Aldi doesn't give a flying crap about customer service no chat, no phone, no eMail. Rotten fresh produce expensive, refund doesn't cover miles and man-hours to return. Shame on Aldi US corp the small stores in Florida are nice people are great but the produce is scary not worth the risk, buying from Publix again

I think its terrible that you cannot reach anyone in the Aldis local store. I love the items they offer, that part is very good but today I am missing 2 half gallons of milk and lunch meat in my order, I order through Instacart which I hate. They have screwed up several of my orders. They get a 0 on my review, Aldis a 2 for not having anyone to talk too.
