If your carrier confirms delivery to the warehouse and you are still waiting beyond 10 business days with no acknowledgment, email inquire@yarnspirations.com with your tracking confirmation as proof of delivery. If that yields no response, filing a BBB complaint has a documented track record of getting refunds issued.

The website showed a product as in stock, but my order was partially refunded with no explanation. Why does this happen?

Yarnspirations does not backorder items. If a product sells out between the time you place your order and when it reaches the warehouse, the item is cancelled and you receive a partial refund, sometimes without a clear notification email. If the refund email did not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact Yarnspirations via the contact form to confirm the amount and timeline.
