What you need to know about Ticketmaster

We receive many complaints about Ticketmaster. We’ve advocated a range of Ticketmaster cases, from bad seats to botched refunds. Our latest involves someone whose tickets didn’t even exist. Also, this customer was not refunded despite not being able to see a show. The venue downgraded the customer’s seats and refused to issue a refund. Ticketmaster is one of the most complained-about companies we cover. This P!nk fan couldn’t see the stage — but Ticketmaster still wouldn’t give her a refund.

My rating would be negative stars if I could. 11/1/25 can't buy tickets because their site identifies possible fraud. Called the number on the error messages multiple times, no answer. Left multiple messages. Today is 11/9/25 nobody has called. Called customer service yesterday was told to wait. Asked for this to be escalated, was told I would hear back in 24 hours, nobody called. Called again today, "you need to wait."

We need a company to purchase tickets through who A) has their shit together, B) actually values their customers. This is no way to run a business.

If there is fraud, Ticketmaster will be reimbursing me. I will go bankrupt suing them.

The terrible suck, I have season tickets and my acct is locked, they keep telling me they will call in 3 to 5 days, this is the 6 time i've heard that, it been 17 days and still no call. All the dumb people tell me is that all they can do is put a request in, 3 to 5 days, I wouldn't ecen give them 1 star but I have to

Purchased tickets for Stevie Wonder at Lytham Festival 3rd July
Purchased transport flyer for event
Purchased souvenier to take from event.
Total cost £425.00
1. Paid for tickets to come by post
Total cost for 2 tickets Cost lost £35.80 these arrived by post 17th July exactly 2 weeks after the event.
2. Paid for transport to and from event. I never received information where and when pick ups and times available Cost lost £20.00
3. Paid for a souvenier to take from event . On entering event pen no souvenier this will be sent by post
4. Sent QR codes to phone to enter event . Wifi signal poor.
5. Paid VIP because of disability . When wifi did not work we were removed from the queue to join the box office 50 yard from the queue.
Once solved on mobile we had to rejoin the queue from the back. (Disabled remember)
This made us late for seats . No disabled seats at the event it was a free for all. Deck chairs allocated were given to anyone any age no thought given to the disabled on foot.
Entrance to the VIP was 500 yards from where the buses dropped you off.
In the event people put down blankets to allocate floor space for the show causing trip hazards.
No taxis available at event exits due to locals using the road behind to put up their own tables and chairs and not pay anything.
Return buses 500 yards away. Left the concert 45 minutes early due to pain and panic for when the event finished. Not fit for purpose and absolute rip off and ticket master should be sued for the pain and suffering they csused people
