The SHEIN company is so shit. I haven’t received my package at all and I tried to reach out to customer service but I didn’t even get a solid answer. Shein needs to do better or I’m suing the whole company for poor customer service and care for the people that paying their rent

I been trying to order a jacket for about a month now. First time they canceled it out for no reason. Now I am still waiting on the jacket. Mind you this is the second time for ordering this. Still not shipping just waiting again. I'm so mad I can't even get a live agent. I'm done with shein!!!!

How can some of my orders be delivered to a different address (Country), and shein sending me a notification that my order is delivered and want me to confirm only for me to call those logistic companies by giving them my tracking numbers and after cross checking, i was told my orders has been delivered to different countries whiles my address still remains the same on the app......i am still stressing on how to get my orders because is not only one but several orders have been delivered to different addresses by different logistic companies, how can seller's be so careless when giving tracking numbers and addresses to be delivered to? Very unprofessional and careless guys out there.
