The notice covers data shared with partners such as payment processors, event partners, and analytics providers; outlines user rights regarding access, deletion, and opting out; and addresses cookies and tracking technologies.

No. SeatGeek does not publish a customer service phone number and directs all support requests through its help center, in-app chat, and email at hi@seatgeek.com. The AI-powered chat hands off to a live agent when needed, and the agent typically follows up by email.
Yes. SeatGeek began displaying total ticket prices, including fees, upfront in May 2025, in line with the FTC's Junk Fees Rule, which took effect May 12, 2025. The ticket price you see in search results should now reflect the full cost before checkout, although taxes and shipping may still be added at the end.
Under the SeatGeek Buyer Guarantee, the company will provide comparable or better tickets, a refund, or a credit, on a case-by-case basis, if your tickets are not delivered in time, do not provide valid entry, or do not match what you ordered. Contact SeatGeek as soon as you become aware of an issue at hi@seatgeek.com; waiting can limit your remedies.
For a canceled event that is not rescheduled, SeatGeek issues a full refund of the purchase price or, where allowed by law, a credit for a future purchase. For postponed or rescheduled events, your original tickets are usually valid on the new date, and refunds are generally not provided unless replacement tickets are required or local law mandates one.
First, contact SeatGeek through the help center or email hi@seatgeek.com so the company has a chance to resolve the issue. SeatGeek's terms of use require an informal dispute resolution step, followed — if needed — by binding individual arbitration; a 30-day opt-out from the arbitration agreement is available by writing to SeatGeek Legal Department, 902 Broadway, Floor 10, New York, NY 10010, with a copy to legal@seatgeek.com.
It is legal in many states for resellers to list "speculative" tickets — listings posted before the seller has the actual ticket in hand. A September 2025 Business Insider investigation described this practice on SeatGeek and other major marketplaces. If your specific ticket is not delivered or is invalid, the Buyer Guarantee should apply; contact SeatGeek immediately. Some states regulate or restrict speculative listings.
SeatGeek's integrations with Spotify (launched February 2026) and ChatGPT route the purchase to SeatGeek, so tickets and order history appear in your SeatGeek account and the SeatGeek app. Manage transfers, refunds, and event updates through SeatGeek, not the third-party app.
As of late 2025, two notable actions had been filed but not resolved: a California "Trap and Trace" class action alleging improper use of TikTok and Meta tracking pixels (August–September 2025), and a "forced platform" antitrust suit naming SeatGeek along with Ticketmaster and Vivid Seats (June 2025). These cases are at early stages; outcomes and any consumer remedies are not yet final.
Sign in to your account, go to the Tickets section, select the order, and follow the prompts to list the ticket for resale or transfer it to someone else's email address. The exact options available depend on the event, the venue, and the team's transfer rules; some tickets cannot be resold or transferred.
From the website or app, go to Account Settings and select Notification Preferences to manage marketing emails and alerts. To request closure of your account or deletion of personal data, use the help center to submit a request or contact hi@seatgeek.com. Your data rights and the deletion process are described in the privacy notice.
