What is Poshmark's privacy policy?

Poshmark’s privacy policy describes how it collects and uses personal data — including name, contact details, profile information, transaction history, and device data — when you use its app, website, and social commerce features. Data is used to operate the marketplace, process transactions, detect fraud, and deliver personalised content. Poshmark may share data with Naver Corporation and other affiliates, service providers, and partners. Users can manage their data and communication preferences through their account settings. What are Poshmark's terms of service?

Poshmark’s terms of service govern use of its marketplace by buyers, sellers, and other users. Members must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and follow Poshmark’s community guidelines. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items and shipping within the required timeframe. Poshmark charges a flat $2.95 fee on sales under $15 and a 20% commission on sales of $15 or more. All disputes between buyers and sellers go through Poshmark’s Resolution Center. Poshmark can suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion. Continued use of the platform counts as acceptance of any updates to the terms.

I. Needed a code to send a sale. I can't find it anywhere. You can't call them. It sucks

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I ordered something from a seller who sent me ENORMOUS shoes even though they were listed as a SIZE 6. My ex husband could wear these shoes if he ever decided to dress in drag and he wears a size 11. Without any willingness to have a conversation about the problem they marked my case resolved with NO explanation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
