I like your product n use to order it often for pickup. But when I had surgery n needed a pizza delivered, I couldn't get the pizza. Door Dash refused to deliver because I only gave them a $3.00 tip on a medium cheese pizza. I called store n mgr said she can't find anyone to deliver pizza, she asked 3 drivers they all said No. If I was able to drive I would have picked it up. I live a block away from shop. You need to ditch Door Dash they are terrible...I haven't ordered since even though I can go n pickup. Poor customer service thru no fault of your shop but thru Door Dash affecting your bottom line....

I am a new papa john's customer and really like the pizza, but live in a rural area and nearest PPJ's is about 30 minutes away, which is okay. I like not being near everybody. What's NOT okay is that the past 3 times I have attempted to call our local PPJ's and speak with someone at the shop, the call goes to a call center in India. It's not only they are hard to understand, but I have a disability and require assistance sometimes. So why is my call to my local PPJ's 16 miles away, going to a call center on the opposite side of the world? PPJ's pushing call to call centers in India, tells me they don't care about their customers, just the profits.

Just letting you know the website to order pizza is not very easy to use. Tried 15 minutes, gave up and went to little Cesar’s. It shouldn’t be that hard to order a pizza.

I asked for extra sauce and even called them to a make sure they made it that way. It was so dry my brother commented it tasted more like a cheese stick than pizza. Barely any sauce at all, on both pizzas. Horrible. I’ve bought a lot of pizza from them this was in Pasco near road 68 tri cities Wa. Today was the worst experience. Will not buy papa John’s anymore after this.
