- If you cancel more than 91 days before your trip, you’ll get a full refund.
- If you cancel within 90 days of your trip, you might have to pay a fee.
- Call (877) 665-4655 to talk to customer service. Waiting times on the phone might vary.
- If you booked through a travel agent, ask them about refunds.
- Refund time: After you cancel, it usually takes about 30 days for MSC Cruises to process your refund from the cancellation date.

Cancellation deadlines:
- For cruises lasting seven nights or more, if you cancel at least 91 days before departure, you’ll get a full refund.
- The refund process considers factors like cruise length, time left before sailing, and booking category.
- Cancellations for MSC Yacht Club bookings have different penalties.
When you cancel:
- For short cruises (4 nights or less), you can get a full refund if you cancel up to 60 days before departure.
- Up to 14-night cruises allow full refunds if canceled 90 days before departure.
- For cruises of 15 nights or more, refunds are available until 110 days before sailing.
- Taxes, fees, and port charges are refundable for most cancellations, except mid-cruise early departures and no-shows.

- If MSC cancels the cruise, they automatically issue future cruise credits (FCCs) worth 125% of the fare.
