McDonald’s might as well say they don’t have customer service. I’ve been going round and round because their app stole my points on a free item which is every Friday here in South Florida, and yet it took my points for the free fries and when contacting them all I get is a runaround for over a month so if you’re looking to use their app and get points, don’t waste your time they wonder why people are running because they have no customer service. I get back the same form letter every third time telling me. I used my points on 1011 which was a Friday a FREE FRY DAY for the same fries I ordered every Friday. They don’t want you to have enough points for free items. They were a scammer and their software stinks and they don’t stand behind it. I’m taking my 10 emails and three voicemails most of which are the same form back to the Attorney General‘s office in the state of Florida to join the class action lawsuit against McDonald’s for theft. I suggest anybody else having issues with them after non-responses which they send me emails at 4 o’clock in the morning they do the same. That’s the only way we’re gonna get their attention
