Life360 customer service policies

Life360's privacy policy explains what personal information the company collects (including precise location, account, device, contacts, and payment data), how it uses that data to operate and improve its services, when it shares data with third parties such as advertising and analytics partners, and the choices members have over data collection and deletion. The policy describes the company's approach to children's data, international data transfers, and U.S. state privacy rights (including California).

Life360 loyalty program

Life360 does not have a loyalty program. The company offers paid membership tiers (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) that unlock additional features such as crash detection, driver reports, identity-theft protection, and roadside assistance, but these are subscriptions rather than a points-based loyalty program. Plan details are at life360.com/plans-pricing.
