I'm trying to sign up on an Android phone but can't create an account — is there a known issue?

In its Q1 2026 earnings call on May 11, 2026, Life360 disclosed a technical problem that affected new-user registration on Android during the quarter and weighed on monthly active user growth. The company said the issue had been identified and that it expected user-growth to recover during 2026. Can I share my location with someone for just a few hours instead of all the time?

Yes. Life360 introduced “Temporary Location Sharing” in March 2026, which lets a member share their live location with a contact for a set period rather than indefinitely. The feature is configured inside the Life360 app under sharing settings. Members who want broader, ongoing sharing should add the person to a Circle instead.

How do I track my Tile or Pet GPS order, and what is the return window?

The worst customer service that number doesn’t work just like there shitty products that don’t work! I’d never get any products from Life360 when they don’t stand behind products that don’t work! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LIFE360 Products don’t work more then half the time n good luck getting any help!
