Greyhound’s privacy policy describes how the company collects, uses, and discloses personal data for users of its services in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Cancellation and refund policy

Greyhound allows passengers to cancel tickets up to 15 minutes before departure and receive a refund in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months on future Greyhound or FlixBus travel. Booking fees and service fees are non-refundable. Passengers affected by departure delays of more than 120 minutes may rebook at no charge or request a voucher. Greyhound’s terms and conditions of travel set out the rules that apply during bus journeys, including passenger conduct, baggage liability, delays, and the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued. Delays occurring while in transit due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond operator control are generally not eligible for refunds as long as passengers reach their ticketed destination.
