Depop is horribly sneaky and suspended my acct for a listing o er a month old with a chefs knife as part of a kitchen bundle. They suspended acct and won’t tell me anything about my funds owed and transactions in progress. They are bullies and have horrible feedback and ai generated everything including for when you really need help. Horrible and they act like bullies.. it’s not ok. Go back to uk !!! I lm pulling all items
I have reached out to Depop 4 times via email regarding a missing package (as a seller), and I have gotten a canned AI response every time that clearly didn’t understand what I was asking. Pulling all my listings tomorrow. Thanks Depop 🙂
Depop is refusing to refund me for an order that was listed and bought as a women’s size pants but was actually a boy’s sized pants. I have spent the time to gather screenshots on measured sizes, the difference compared to an actual women’s sized pants from the same brand. I even messaged other sellers and asked for the inseam on the same type of pants in both women’s and boys. It is clear as day I was not sent what was described. Now the seller left a review on me that warns people to not sell from me and is sending me messages and harassing me; Depop also isn’t doing anything about either the review or the messages.
This was one of the most unhelpful help centers of all time. My problem was not listed in their online channels, and there is no way to contact them. I would give negative stars if possible.
