If you want a refund from BJ’s Wholesale Club, here’s what you need to know: General return policy: You can get refunds or exchanges for online or in-club purchases following these rules:
    • General merchandise (except electronics) must be new with all accessories.
    • Returns are accepted within a year of purchase.
    • Electronics like TVs, computers, and tablets can be returned within 90 days with accessories.
    • Damaged electronics can be returned within 14 days with original packaging.
    • DVDs, software, and video games must be unopened.
    • Some items must be returned to the Club.
    • Some items have limited return rights.
    • Items linked to rewards or discounts may not be returned.
    • No cash, credit, or gift card refunds for these returns.
EBT and SNAP EBT purchases:
  • Items bought with EBT must be returned within 90 days.
  • With a SNAP EBT receipt, refunds may go back to the SNAP EBT account or be exchanged.
Items not accepted for return:
  • Trading cards, lottery tickets, cigarettes, tobacco, alcohol (where law restricts).
  • Gift cards, final sale apparel, items from special events.
  • Opened DVDs, software, video games.
  • Fireworks or items with gas, oil, or fuel added.
  • Bulk purchases over ten units exceeding $1,000 online.
