You can get refunds or exchanges for online or in-club purchases following these rules:

- General merchandise (except electronics) must be new with all accessories.
- Returns are accepted within a year of purchase.
- Electronics like TVs, computers, and tablets can be returned within 90 days with accessories.
- Damaged electronics can be returned within 14 days with original packaging.
- DVDs, software, and video games must be unopened.
- Some items must be returned to the Club.
- Some items have limited return rights.
- Items linked to rewards or discounts may not be returned.
- No cash, credit, or gift card refunds for these returns.
EBT and SNAP EBT purchases:
- Items bought with EBT must be returned within 90 days.
- With a SNAP EBT receipt, refunds may go back to the SNAP EBT account or be exchanged.
