If you need to cancel your AMC Theatres tickets, here’s how: Online refund (Website or mobile app): For tickets purchased on the AMC website or app, you can get a refund before the showtime. To request a refund online:
  1. Log in to your AMC Stubs account.
  2. Go to the tickets section.
  3. Find the booking you want to cancel.
  4. Start the refund process. Note: Convenience fees cannot be refunded in this case.
