  2. Condition of items: Apparel must have intact labels, while socks and undies must have unopened packaging.
  3. Return shipping: Allbirds will cover the return shipping cost, but original shipping fees aren’t refunded.
  4. Final sale items: Items marked as final sale, including gift cards, insoles, sock bundles, TrinoXO Face Masks, and items tagged final sale on their website and in Allbirds retail stores, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. Outlet store return policy: Full price and excess styles can be returned within 30 days at Allbirds outlet locations only, no questions asked.
