However subsequently after purchasing their airfare, their tickets are cancelled. In addition, there are reports that customers have difficulty getting a response or reaching representatives when inquiries or issues arise. On October 5, 2016 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and the pattern of complaints we have received. Unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.
To cancel your reservation with AirTkt, follow these steps:

Click on the form titled 'Cancellation and Future Credit/Refund'.
Fill out the form with your booking number, traveler’s name, billing email, and billing phone.
Submit the form. There's a per-passenger agency processing fee of $50 for domestic tickets and $75 for international tickets.
After submission, AirTkt will process your cancellation request in accordance with the applicable rules and charges set by the airline.
