My airline canceled or significantly changed my flight that I booked through AirTkt. Can I get a refund?
Yes — if the airline cancels or makes a significant schedule change, you are entitled to a full refund to your original form of payment regardless of AirTkt’s own non-refundable fare policy, under U.S. DOT rules (for flights to/from/within the U.S.). Contact AirTkt immediately at (800) 247-4775 or support@airtkt.com and reference the airline’s cancellation; do not simply accept a voucher without asking explicitly about a cash refund. If AirTkt is slow to process it, you may also dispute the charge with your credit card issuer and file a complaint with the DOT at airconsumer.dot.gov.
I booked through CheapFareGuru (or Eros Tours or LatinoFare) — is that the same company as AirTkt?

Are the fares shown on AirTkt all-inclusive, or will I see extra fees at checkout?
AirTkt states that fares displayed on its website are inclusive of all U.S. government taxes and standard fees. However, the site warns that advertised prices are based on historical data and are subject to change, and that optional charges — such as seat selection fees, baggage fees charged directly by the airline, and travel insurance — are not included. How do I add my TSA PreCheck KTN, frequent-flier number, or passport details after booking on AirTkt?
AirTkt does not always provide an online self-service field for these after booking. Travel insurance sold through AirTkt’s checkout is underwritten by Travelex Insurance Services — it is a separate policy and separate company from AirTkt itself. To file a claim, go to travelexinsurance.com or call Travelex directly using the number on your policy documents. AirTkt cannot process insurance claims on Travelex’s behalf. Keep your trip-cost receipts and any documentation of cancellation or delay, as Travelex will require them.
