I have been a long time customer , always , always never once had a late payment . Paid my balances early. I had an unexpected emergency that would make ( 1) payment late , I knew this would happen so I called affirm quickly and told them, spoke to an agent that truly cared less. My payment ended up being 4 days late. 4 DAYS ! After that every payment has been made. What does Affirm do , took away my purchase power, I’m ok with that , but it’s just insulting that if you’re a great customer , Affirm does not care. I’ll never use this service again. I’ll pay off any balance as quickly as I can . I know I’m not important or valued.

I tried multiple times, after being approved and told to use the affirm app at checkout. I logged into my affirm account, went to checkout in my walmart account, clicked the affirm app and it continually recycled me to the "apply" page where i submit photos of my Driver's license/ photo ID- which i already submitted, with a selfie, and it was accepted and approved...still...it is a perpetual circle which is typically called a cyber routed "dead-end". One of the newer tech scams. This smells of click bait. I work with the Cybercrimes Division here in Phoenix. Affirm is going to get a "tech-physical" from head to toe...starting with the ANUS. If my ID is confiscated, they will be busted within hours. Thanks, no thanks, going into Cyber crime investigations. Buckle Up, don't come near this company until we give them the green light...IF...it happens.
