Palm Coast Travel has dismissed its lawsuit in exchange for an apology.
Turns out quite a few people had read my blog last year, when I reported Palm Coast Travel was being told to cease doing business immediately.
I offered my apologies for passing along the wrong information, however unintentional. Lee Smolinski, Palm Coast Travel’s president, accepted.
