Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have committed fraud theft disappropriate use of funds they have canceled over a 100 each time taking the money off of my debit card and then it would take me weeks before I would get my money back they still have it put money back on my account from December and here it is May I pay for a monthly membership to be a Walmart plus member and this is how they treat their loyal customers I have found several complaints with a Better Business Bureau but I'm beginning to think they're in bed with them something needs to be done they need to be shut down they're stealing from their customers daily and nothing's being done about it and then when you call you get someone overseas and nothing ever gets done not one time have I called and they resolved an issue

Purchase date ordered April 29 26' for order ***6569 Recieved May 1 26' Returned May 4 26' 2 lamps that were defective for $64.70 fulfilled by Walmart.com. Second Order ***3742 April 22 26' Recieved April 29 26' Returned May 4. Same Item, one worked, the other did not, returned amount $32.35. Totaling $97.05. Upon returning to store, the P.O.S. only allowed customer service agent to refund to Walmart Balance. Without telling the customer the option given before completing the transaction. I needed it to be returned to original payment. Since their p.o.s. been having technical issues. I was told to call Walmart.com to fix it. Called, spoke to multiple agents. Called 479.277.2643. Agent Lishall said there's nothing she can do to reverse their mistakes. It has happened to other customers per Lishall. Confirming that this is a normal thing to take customer's money to only be forced to buy within Walmart Balance instead of refunding customer's original payment, leaving the customer having to pay out of pocket to the original payment and forced to purchase amount within Walmart. Sell defective products without returning to original payment. Even though customer has all the records and pieces to return for full refund to original payment as the items were 75% defective. Escalated to FTC and BBB

I am filing a complaint regarding a serious failure at both the corporate and store level involving fraud and improper release of merchandise.
On March 6, 2026, my Walmart.com account was compromised and used to place unauthorized orders totaling nearly $4,000. These orders were fulfilled at a local Walmart store and released via curbside pickup to an unknown individual without any verification of identification.

This represents a clear breakdown in basic security procedures at the store level. Law enforcement is involved and has confirmed that the merchandise was released to someone other than me.

Despite Walmart acknowledging that my account was compromised and that I am not responsible for these transactions, I have not received a refund. Instead, I have been repeatedly redirected between departments without resolution.

This issue reflects failures at both the corporate level (fraud handling and resolution) and the store level (failure to verify identity before releasing high-value merchandise). The entire loss could have been prevented with a simple ID check at pickup.

I am requesting that Walmart take responsibility for this failure and issue a full refund.

I am thinking of cancelling my Walmart+...it is a pain the ass when you find what you want and it says will be delivered tomorrow, tomorrow comes and it's been sitting in Fort Worth TX location and you're an hour away from it and it comes up "DELAYED" I ordered two items that I really need ..they are not food items, but both were listed "DELAYED".... That is just ridiculous. I am on crutches...and me on crutches is another accident waiting to happen🤭, so I cannot go out and shop for my items! I ordered a brace, and a pkg of compression sleeves for the foot that the doctor suggested I pick up...these are items I really need. They are delayed. 🤷‍♀️ WHY? Everytime I turn around, my items are either delayed, someone delivered them to a different house and all Walmart has to say is sorry. I wonder whose arse I should go kick when my foot gets better. Head office does nothing and there is this Indian guy who calls my phone and I do not understand his thick accent at all. Do you employ customer service people directly from India to look after your issues. It seems we get people from India in Walmart chat as well. I'm thinking that I should cancel Walmart+ because I never get my items when promised and maybe I should restart my Amazon Prime...it might cost more but it is worth it when I get my product as promised. Here again tonight...your parcel will be delivered by 5pm...after 5pm...your parcel will be delivered by 8pm...8pm rolls around...your parcel is delayed. Why should I bother? This BS has to stop...someone needs to make sure these orders are being delivered on time as stated when purchased, instead of changing your mind after the fact. They just need to shut all your Walmart stores down because they are getting worse and worse...you pay good money and pay for Walmart+ services but the service is 💩...seriously. When a customer orders something and on the Walmart site it says that next day shipping and you get a delivery driver who delivers your items in a parking lot somewhere it makes you wonder who the heck you are so desperately hiring. Not only that, your drivers have torn up my front lawn so badly because they have no idea that there is a difference between a lawn and a drive way. In the last two years I have had to spend $1050.67 on new sod and slate stone your drivers wrecked!! GET IT TOGETHER WALMART. "As promised" items are not on my doorstep. Wow "WALMART+"...just exactly how special do I feel. I don't and there are many other people I know who don't as well. There is another thing you do with my account...you put a hold when I place a grocery order and if that hold is more then expected...I never get the overage returned to my bank account. I'm gonna have the bank come after you for theft...pay my amounts back because I am watching and I am tired of having to call and bitch about it in order to get my hard earned monies back..the overage is mine and if you are out of a product on the grocery side of things and it is included in my order I need that money refunded back to my account. Walmart is the most incomplete refund service ever created. I've been told since March 21st that my refund was initiated. They're telling me to return something that has never been ordered. I've spoken to 3 supervisors and 5 customer service reps 😤🤨 that is telling me the same thing my refund has been initiated but the 🖥️ computer system is doing something else. I still have not had my refund initiated after speaking with so many people. I'm told now that it was done today and it'll take an additional 5 days just to be considered. This information was given by an insensitive supervisor named Allan. I will never order or purchase anything from Walmart again. This is not my first mishandled experience from Walmart. This is my experience with Walmart and it hasn't been pleasant or resolved.
