I’m so dissapointed in Target on line. I ordered an iPad on 2/14/26 using my red circle credit card because my local target did not have it in stock. FedEx delivered a box from Target 2/18/26 which had Target tape removed from the bottom of box, replaced with clear tape. iPad box inside had been opened with pull tab inside and iPad not in box. I have been through a lot of resources to have my iPad replaced, including BBB, local news, numerous emails & phone calls to Target & FedEx. FedEx agreed the box was tampered with & not successfully delivered, however, since I am Target’s customer, Target is responsible for my loss. After finally reaching Robyn @ Target escalation dept, she denies claim saying “successful delivery”, FedEx global contact, William Edward, states he has never had a Company deny a claim under these circumstances until this a one, it is a first. I have phoned & emailed Robyn several times asking what grounds she can deny my claim since FedEx stated it was not successfully delivered, she will not respond. Target Red Circle contact will not give me credit based on Robyn’s assumption which clearly not right. Also, I used a 25.00 gift card on this purchase given to me by my granddaughter for Christmas, she worked hard for her money to purchase this gift card & was so happy to gift it to me.
I really don't think you wanna read this. I order alot from You Guy's Online and the More i order the worse it Gets. The Customer Service Representatives are Awful and I never get the same response twice as they're always all confused or telling me one thing and then Not Sticking to It and I'm flat out Sick of it. As far as getting your Items to Me on time at first it was actually good now it's Absolutely TERRIBLE. Never ever comes on time always a week late at least. Here's my latest issue, my Order # is 912003357901703 and i actually was given a case number which is # 305398020 and told by a customer representative that if my 2 items weren't delivered by 9pm March 28th i would receive a Full Refund. Well when i called back i told them my case number and what she had said. First guy said he tried but didn't know how to do it. So i called back and she tell me i have to wait until April 3rd. After it's been saying on my tracking it's been in Chicago for 3-4 days and Not moving. And i live in Wisconsin. I won't want to wait any Longer. I'm done. I want this resolved and want a Refund. I'm about Ready to Just Completely QUIT STOP Buying dealing with you Target all together. I would appreciate a response back. My name is John Winberg.
Target stores and Dayton Hudson corporations are changing TAX on Food Products in California, violating state laws! I have called the corporate number, and get someone with an Oriental Accent, NOT AN AMERICAN!!!!
I am keeping my Target card, but I WILL be taking my $300.00 a month purchase power to a competitor, starting today!
Target is terrible. Their customer service is abysmal.
Target supports the cruel ICE operations taking place in Minnesota. They allow ice to stage out their parking lots, harass and apprehend shoppers and employees. Boycott Target
