I will never buy from eBay again. I bought a Fitbit watch which quit working in less than two months. I asked for a refund and the seller closed the case instantly, so eBay says they can’t do anything. They’re lying. This is a big loophole and they won’t close it.

It’s nigh impossible to speak to a real person and once I finally got connected, they disconnected the call.
