eBay has really gone downhill. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my years of contacting support. You can no longer talk to a live person for help. Everything is automated, and you just keep going in circles. I wish they would review all these reviews people are submitting and see that it’s not helping. We should consider boycotting and switching to Amazon because Amazon or Temu offers much better customer support.
I used to like eBay, not anymore. Lists are a joke and a PITA to manage, product descriptions are now a 1" high scroll box that doesn't print, good luck trying to contact non-existent customer support. Amazon from now on.
Ordered a vacuum. Never received. Cannot get a live person on a phone line. The customer service has gone to pass it off to a computer. I think I’m done shopping with eBay.

I cannot get any help on returning an item. A link to help they sent in a text did not open. Clearly a scam!! This is such BS!! How can a business be run like this???
impossible to get a hold of anyone with their stupid phone menu. They're good at taking a lot of fees but suck at actually helping with anything.
