You can cancel your reservation with Collette Tours, but there are rules and fees you should know about. If you change your departure date within 11 months of the trip, it’s considered a cancellation, and you’ll be charged cancellation fees. Plus, any changes to your reservation will incur a $25 handling fee.
How can I get a refund from Collette Tours?
To get a refund from Collette Tours, you’ll need to follow its refund policy.
- Refunds are issued back in the original form of payment. If they are cannot do so, Collette will issue you a check.
- If you paid using several different forms of payment, these amounts will be refunded back in the same manner they were received.
- Your refund will be processed within approximately four weeks.
- If you receive a refund by credit card, it can take a full billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement once it’s processed.
