The new cruise must be worth at least 75 percent of the original booking value, and there’s a £100.00 per person non-refundable fee.
Cancel your booking: If you need to cancel your cruise, you can do so by writing to Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines. You’ll have to pay a cancellation fee based on the following scale:
- 91 days or more before departure: 15% of the total price
- 90-57 days before departure: 60% of the total price
- 56-42 days before departure: 75% of the total price
- 41-16 days before departure: 85% of the total price
- 15 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the total price
